Meet Yourself Part One

Remember when you were young?
Remember when you were a teenager?
Remember those days when you were walking back home from school?
What were your thoughts? What were your dreams?

What would happen if you had a time machine and you went back in time to meet yourself when you were a teenager?
Imagine that meeting… Immediately the “young” you would check you out from head to toe… hoping to see what would become of him years from now.
What would he think about how you look? Would you make him proud?
What would he think about your job? About what you ended up doing?
Imagine that conversation… and the look in his or her eyes as they find out the future you built for them.

If you think that you’d make your younger-self proud - then congratulations!
But… if you think that you’d make your younger-self disappointed… then it’s time to make some changes!

What happened?
What did society/the world do to make you abandon your dreams…
…or worse… to forget them…
…or worse… to not care!

What can you do now - today - this month - this year! To earn back the trust of your younger self…
so when you ride back in time again, a year from now, to give yourself an update of the changes that have happened you’ll see nothing but smiles and anticipation from your younger self for the future that you built for him.

Remember! Today you are the result of the actions you took in the past.
Take actions now to make yourself proud in the future.
Weather it’s how you look… how you feel.. what you do… by now you must have all the information you need to achieve your goals the only missing pieces are ACTION & COURAGE…

but we’ll talk about that some other time.

So close your eyes for 5 minutes and imagine… what if you could meet your teenage-self.
Feel free to leave me comments, what this little exercise has done for you.

As always…
Yours…
Nadav
